any way, sure one can ask about, and the other can also answer,
but like u told, always objective, independent and truth only.

if there are some problems, with effects or function:

then:

1. tell where (by whom) purchase the product, (that always the most important)
2. how have apply, most possible exactly describe, plz.
3. what exactly have measure before and after, -

after that we can make a statment about, what and how happen.
for us, - the guys, we do everything,.... (the pussies are ONLY for to go out, - right, Guys? )
