memang elok minum air secara kerap
- antaranya memberi kebaikan pada pundi kencing.air kencing yang bertakung terlalu lama tidak bagus...sekiranya minum air pada kadar yang disarankan,pengantian air dalam pundi kencing dapat dilakukan dan menghindar dari penyakit batu karang...
